Beverly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of New Brunswick and a Certificate of HR Management & Psychology from Saint Mary’s University. She holds professional designations from the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Before joining SMART Human Resource Solutions, Matt spent 16+ years in the financial services industry; most recently serving as Director of Strategic Change. Matt was a valued member of the Executive Leadership team at one of New Brunswick’s largest Credit Unions.
Matt is a natural problem solver who thrives on helping leaders and business owners tackle their most feared and complex human resource and business issues by providing practical and easy-to-adopt solutions. Matt is a lifelong learner, determined to be the best version of himself and driven to inspire others to do the same.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with concentrations in Economics and Human Resources from the University of New Brunswick. He is a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
